Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Supports the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Executes key business strategies and communication platforms by managing cross-functional initiatives that impact store and corporate processes; managing merchandising programs and initiatives, customer and company communications, and associate training content; making recommendations for system support developments; recommending merchandise priorities; providing insight to senior management and other business partners on key issues and opportunities to drive the business; and translating merchandise strategies for assigned departments into executable programs.
Manages training programs by identifying training opportunities for individuals or team; providing guidance to supervisor for developing training content; assisting in training delivery; reviewing and approving documentation; evaluating training effectiveness; and identifying necessary updates to training content and documentation based on new procedures.

Manage multiple floor plan and modular execution relays by ensuring merchant strategy is adhered to and goals defined by Sr. Manager are met.

Partner on the execution of drawing modulars, modular check in, error resolution, and finalize processes by reviewing reports; utilize category strategy information; proof modular drawings; collaborate with cross-functional teams (for example, Buying, Replenishment); identify and resolve outstanding issues; and request modifications as necessary.

Manage multiple project stores according to company defined timeline by partnering with Sr. Manager and store design team to ensure accuracy through execution.

Deliver store specific space and assortment recommendations through project store process by utilizing analytic insight tools and partnering with merchants.

Resolve space planning issues by researching details related to issues; collaborate with internal partners to identify solutions; communicate solutions to stores; and ensure implementation of resolution. Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities; and demonstrate adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Manages support to internal customers by reviewing project requests and project plans; analyzing data; driving solutions to business problems and store processes; providing feedback on operational processes; and providing recommendations for system changes and overall process changes. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
