Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the organization s objectives are met effectively through well-designed processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and data.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
