CIP Senior Analyst

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As CIP Senior Analyst you will play a key role for Customer investments Plans in the area of IBO – Integrated Business Operations. In this role you will be able to work very close with stakeholders to issue customer incentive plans operations which will have contact with internal customers such as Business leaders, sales rep, BG Commercial centers to perform operations in the day by day.

The impact you will make in this role

• Communication with internal customers and stakeholders
• Collaboration and Team work inside 3M
• Share your ideas and suggestions about improvement processes
• Process and check / validate CIP payment for customers (rebates and MDF's)
• Process Rebate payment requests (Sales Force Case)
• Check, validating MDF proof of performance, guarantee consistency with our guidelines

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Graduation in Administration of business, or accounting or other areas.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Write, speak, listening)
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Office Apps.
• Background (Experience before): Finance (RTR), or Order to Cash (Cash app), or Accounts Receivable, or Customer payments

• Strong skills in finance areas (knowledge about P&L, accrual will be differentiation)
