What You’ll Get to Do:

We are seeking experienced Counterintelligence Analysts with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain to support our organization’s operational planning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of intelligence community methodologies, foreign intelligence, and DoD CI investigations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain and distribution activities to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with DoD and national-level CI agencies.
  • Participate in internal and external working groups to address operational issues.
  • Develop and communicate analytical assessments to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of a logistics chain risk intelligence framework.
  • Provide end-to-end risk assessments on logistics chains.
  • Develop logistics chain intelligence frameworks to uncover data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a technical lead for advanced analytical projects.
  • Produce ad-hoc analytical products to address programmatic requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight years of experience in intelligence analysis.
  • Graduation from a certified CAT 1 HUMINT and/or CI training program with associated professional experience.
  • Graduation from a DoD counterintelligence certifying course with associated professional experience.
  • Graduation from a DoD analyst certifying course with associated professional experience in PAI/CAI, OSINT, and All Source analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of CI tradecraft, analytic standards, and tools.
  • Proven experience leveraging financial data for risk mitigation analysis.
  • Understanding of adversary methodologies and collection interests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) with Secret Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • This position requires a strong understanding of military and commercial sustainment activities. The candidate must be proficient in intelligence community software tools and possess a working knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Enterprise organizational structures.

  • Special expertise in area or country specialization, foreign language fluency, or emerging science and technology.
  • Professional background in the following:
    • Operational Risk Management/Assessment
    • Operational Risk Management Support to HUMINT/Sensitive Activities
    • Asset Risk Management System (Asset Validation)
    • Asset Validation Strategy
    • ARB/SRP/PRB preparation/presentation
    • Vendor Threat Mitigation
    • CI Assessments
    • Risk Management Research
    • OSINT
    • Analysis
    • Interagency Coordination
    • Ops Reporting System
  • Experience in interacting with DoD senior military and civilian leaders.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
