Team Description

This role focuses on delivering accurate reporting, performance analytics, and operational insights that enable data-driven decision-making. Tracking performance KPIs, analyzing sales performance, and identifying trends across regions, customers, and markets, while correlating internal results with external industry and market dynamics.

The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with strong exposure to sales leadership, customer-facing analytics, and supplier performance reviews. The Junior Analyst helps ensure sales leadership has the clarity and visibility needed to run the business from data, while continuously improving sales processes, reporting, and commercial execution.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business, which includes new sales efforts and share shifting opportunities across the Lodging, Ground and Sea product portfolio.
  • Contribute to annual territory sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and risk
  • Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial success
  • Track, monitor, analyze and report on core sales KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards across regions and segments, providing insights on notable trends and patterns in sales and performance data, translating findings into actionable insights
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Support the development of clear, executive-level data analysis and presentations that highlight performance trends, key insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in post-QBR follow-ups by tracking action items, performance commitments, and improvement opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre; responsible for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the region


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role (or strong internship experience).
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn how data drives commercial decisions.
  • Extensive understanding of market landscape, including knowledge of key players, knowledge of the competitive landscape, key trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Strong people skills and extremely resourceful
  • Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space

Preferred

  • Experience or working knowledge of the hotel industry, including revenue management, sales, and distribution concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with Looker and/or QlikView for dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
  • Exposure to global sales organizations or multi-region reporting environments.
