Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex problems and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to deliver effective solutions. You will engage in various engineering tasks, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and standards. Lead the Design, Build and Implement Network Infrastructure Must have Skills: Network Infrastructure Good to Have Skills: Data Center Network Technologies Implementation Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Enterprise Network Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Data Center Networking Technologies Operations, Manage client Network infrastructure • 24x7 basis for incident management, Change management and task execution with Level • knowledge of Network infrastructure • Need a full ownership of troubleshooting during the outages and client communication on the resolution and progress note • Maintain the agreed SLA for the incident management Technical Experience: Advance knowledge on Cisco Routers, Switches, DNAC, SDWAN, Wireless, Load balancer, BigIQ, VPN Technology, WAF, AWAF, Datacenter Design and Engineering Professional Attributes: Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
