We are seeking a Salesforce Product Coordinator who has working knowledge of Salesforce to join our CRM team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by providing high-level technical knowledge to design, implement, configure, report, and support the functions of Salesforce CRM applications at ASU.

You will have a proven history of teamwork, problem-solving, proactiveness, transparency and critical thinking. You will work as part of a 12-15 member CRM team by partnering with internal users and the CRM development team to increase the understanding of available tools and ensure the CRM services and data provided contribute to the successful accomplishment of EdPlus and ASU goals.

NOTE: This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborates and exchanges information with CRM technical team members and CRM stakeholders to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified.

  • Facilitates decision-making by communicating across technical teams and functional areas; elicits requirements using interviews, meetings, surveys, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.

  • Writes business and technical requirements, process documentation, and maintains knowledge of the internal processes as they evolve.

  • Consults with IT teams about solution designs to meet customers' needs.

  • Provides expertise in software testing design and coordinates the performance of tests.

  • Configures Salesforce apps, page layouts, reports; monitors and troubleshoots reported data and application issues; and resolves or escalates issues as appropriate.

  • Stays up to date on upcoming Salesforce releases as well as internal production upgrades and releases.

  • Supports functional users in developing reports.

  • Supports end-users through on-call support and problem resolution, as needed.

  • Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

NOTE: This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

  • Experience as an EdPlus Success Coach with firsthand knowledge of Success Center workflows, operational pain points, supporting technologies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Experience using EdPlus Success Coach systems and tools, especially Salesforce and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of higher education administrative systems and related business principles.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting management studies and in performing systems analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert deep user-side knowledge into technical solution-building.

  • Demonstrated willingness to champion change within teams of internal stakeholders.

  • Evidence of a proven history of teamwork, problem-solving, proactiveness, transparency, and critical thinking.

  • Evidence of strong communication skills, tenacity, analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and other critical soft skills.

  • Evidence of Salesforce Admin and/or App Builder certifications.

  • Must be a current employee of the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) system, which includes Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona.

Salary & Benefits:
