The B2B Strategy & Operations team develops the go-to-market strategy and operating model for Wayfair’s B2B business, Wayfair Professional. What You’ll Do

As an Analyst of Sales Enablement for Salesforce, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, architecture and execution of Wayfair Professional’s Salesforce function. This role is accountable for deliverables and processes such as ticket queue management, sales agent experience design, reporting, system enhancements. Relationship management is key in this role, as it requires cross-functional partnership with Sales, CRM Product, I&A, and UX design. 

  • Partner with B2B leadership to understand and align on sales program strategy and priorities
  • Support key strategic initiatives through Salesforce-related thought leadership and analysis
  • Design and execute data-driven, scalable, and user friendly salesforce solutions that support business strategy and KPIs
  • Own and measure team and project level KPIs to inform the impact our team’s work has on Sales Workflow 
  • Build and maintain key reporting for Sales Teams Salesforce metrics 
  • Ensure effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and enable continuous improvement through proactive reporting & analysis, feedback loops, and partnership with Sales and Program leadership
  • Manage the administration of Sales teams’ targets, including measurement of goal attainment
  • Work with Product & Engineering teams on requirements and testing for process automation
  • Own change management and communication related to ongoing or new Salesforce changes

What You’ll Need

  • Must have: Experience managing Salesforce operations 
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in sales or tools related role
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Curiosity and eagerness to have an impact on the business, especially as it relates to sales strategy, customer experience, measurement, process improvement and automation
  • Ability to thrive in an fast-paced, evolving organization while juggling several priorities (required)
  • Good business judgment and problem solving skills
  • Experience independently managing own work plans or projects - includes defining project scope, managing deliverables, and communicating / implementing results
  • Experience working in a matrix environment (preferred)
  • Experience with Excel, Looker and Salesforce (or similar tools) to build and manage team metrics 
  • Bachelor’s degree
