A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about advancing medical technology and improving women’s health? We’re seeking a clinically minded Technical Consultant to support the promotion and adoption of the TruClear™ system - a minimally invasive solution for hysteroscopic procedures. Covering South Poland, you’ll provide field-based support during procedures, training, and workshops. This role offers the chance to work closely with clinicians, drive better patient outcomes, and be part of an innovative team. Ideal for someone who thrives independently in a dynamic environment, with occasional overnight travel. Join us in transforming gynecological care through technology and strong clinical partnerships.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Deliver clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals during TruClear™ procedures across South Poland
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to ensure confident system usage by clinical teams
  • Support new hospital and clinic onboarding, including staff education and equipment setup
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify opportunities for TruClear™ adoption and expansion
  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and hospital decision-makers
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product performance, and procedural insights
  • Stay up to date with competitive technologies and market developments in hysteroscopic solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, medical sciences, nursing, or a related healthcare field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical support or technical consulting role, ideally in the medical device industry
  • Strong understanding of gynecology and minimally invasive surgical techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust with healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in Polish (native or fluent) and English (professional level)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South Poland with occasional overnight
