Job Summary
We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City and Philadelphia. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. Job Description:
The designer role will be integral in designing high-impact print work across multiple projects at a time. Will be responsible for designing everything from a paper flyer to a large impact wall or a multiple window execution. This role will be a key lead within the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Partnering with copywriters, this role will collaborate on compelling sales-focused creative.
The candidate should possess the following skills:
Must have in depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.
Must have serious typography and design chops. (not a good match for someone concept/key art focused).
Must be hands on, in the weeds designing from start to final files.
Must have experience with enterprise-scale Brand design system, with specific experience on Brand/Marketing end
Significant expertise in all Adobe Suite

Preferred: experience on a brand team, or on advertising/marketing vs. digital
Preferred: experience in retail, telecom, and/or experiential
Preferred: strong understanding of studio files and function
