Overview

Reporting to the SVP Revenue Operations, the VP Business Partnering plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our commercial sales organization. 

This position will partner closely with senior commercial leadership with a singular focus on ensuring our revenue teams are set up to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Global Sales Leadership to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment across both new business and account management motions
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence across all revenue-impacting functions to track and optimize the health of the business by focusing on key processes such as forecast accuracy, pipeline management, data hygiene
  • Support the capacity planning process including productivity modelling, territory planning, headcount setting and allocation, and roles and responsibilities definitions
  • Building the global sales structure and team in close partnership with senior leadership so that it is fit for purpose and able to deliver our strategy
  • Proactively oversee and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s annual planning efforts
  • Define key metrics and performance dashboards in collaboration with reporting team
  • Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within go to market organization
  • Support executive deliverables such as Executive QBRs, strategic planning, and more as needed

 What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy and/or Sales Leadership role in B2B environments (payments experience strong plus)
  • Exceptional people leader: acquire, develop and retain top talent to perform beyond expectations
  • Ability to lead through influence, working alongside organizational leadership (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Team)
  • Proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling and developing methods to measure and systemize revenue KPIs for internal teams and customers
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
