CACI, Inc. is accepting applications for a Facility Engineer to support a contract for National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) activities.

More About the Role

Responsibilities of the Facility Engineer include:

  • Ensure facilities meet demand requirements (including appropriate margin) for power, space, and cooling.

  • Manage facility concerns at the enterprise level to meet current and future mission requirements and resolve issues early in the acquisition cycle.

  • Provide life cycle project management duties from planning and programming to acquisition and advising leadership on developing and maintaining a funding profile UNCLASSIFIED 49 UNCLASSIFIED to recapitalize, modify, and expand the facilities infrastructure based on prioritized, enterprise-wide requirements.

  • Review facility policy, processes, and standards, and recommends changes/improvements to support effective facilities management planning and implementation

  • Identify and document facilities benchmarks to baseline current performance for commonality and consistency.

  • Identify and incorporate commercial best practices to better utilize NRO facilities and enhance facility activities, wherever possible.

  • Participate in facilities working groups and Integrated Process Teams (IPT's).

  • Advise, recommend, and author policy changes for Facility Operating Directives and Instructions with emphasis on standardizing facility management processes, documentations, and tools.

  • Develop and consolidate programmatic and technical information for projected facilities acquisitions.

  • Assist with the development of cost estimates for tactical project planning and strategic budgeting activities.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Typically has a University Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience

  • 5 years related work experience

  • Interfacing with active-duty military and civil service personnel

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have a US Government TS/SCI CI Polygraph Security Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,500-$188,000
