We have just the opportunity for you, in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market that is Head & Neck, specifically within the Craniomaxillofacial and Neurosurgical specialty. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in key Maxillofacial & Neurosurgical accounts. Our comprehensive consumables portfolio features maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, innovative technologies in neurosurgical equipment, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, TMJ prothesis and patient-specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures. You will be working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and develop fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need

  • B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Some sales or business experience would be ideal / advantageous if you have but not essential.

  • Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win.
