Position Title: Customer Care Bookings Officer
Employment Type: Maximum Term Full-Time (12 months)
Hours per week: 38 hours per week
Position Grade: Administration Officer Level 4 (Year1-2)
Salary: $69,840.79 - $71,439.54 base salary per annum
Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Health Employees Agreement 2019

About the role:
As a Bookings Officer of a busy teaching hospital, you will deal with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) from a range of disciplines and come into direct patient contact. This role is often the first point of contact for patient appointments. Your role is part of the Bookings team but is part of the wider MID Customer Service Team. Your role is the first step to providing a smooth patient journey through the department. As such, this role requires a customer service focus and dairy management experience, as well as someone who will actively engage to improve the experience of our patients and referrers.

About you:
As this is an integral role within our Medical Imaging Department, you are a skilled, reliable and energetic Customer Care Bookings Officer who possesses a passion for person centred care. You are able to work autonomously and within a team and are able to communicate effectively with members of your team and members of the public. You are able to work on a rotating roster which may include occasional weekend work.
