Now hiring for Club Wyndham Emerald Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL.

How You’ll Shine:
The Food & Beverage Associate / Concession Stand Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent guest service as it pertains to our indoor concession stand at the resort. This role will promptly address guest service needs, complete food orders and requests, and clean/organize/stock the Concession Stand based on inventory control.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Prepare food orders (ice cream, pizza, drinks, snacks) while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Ensure orders are taken accurately and offer suggestions to guests when ordering.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.

• Maintain the company’s expected high-quality standards.

• Follow all safety protocols as dictated by company policy and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

• Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.

• Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

• Prior customer service experience preferred. 

• Food service or cashier experience is a plus; training is available.

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
