We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Your energetic approach will drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Lead client meetings, training sessions, and communications with professionalism and clarity
• Manage content collection, review, and coordination with content editors to keep platforms current
• Develop and execute client engagement strategies
• Monitor and resolve issues by submitting and tracking support tickets
• Maintain organization of client tasks, agendas, and status updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, technology, or related field
• Comfortable with technology and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude
• Experience with employee benefits and account management is a plus
• Bilingual skills are an advantage
