The Opportunity:
As a Systems Engineer with a focus on IT infrastructure and operations, I specialize in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure systems that support business-critical applications. I have experience working with cloud platforms (such as AWS and Azure), virtualization technologies, and automation tools to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. I excel in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals. I’m eager to contribute to a forward-thinking IT team where I can help drive innovation, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Design end-to-end IT solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Define system architecture and technology stack for new and existing projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, and engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technology Evaluation & Selection:
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, tools, and frameworks.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) testing to validate solutions before implementation.
  • Integration Planning:
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure and third-party services.
  • Design APIs, data flows, and middleware solutions as needed.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 10 years experience in systems analysis and requirements evaluation

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
