Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Azure Support Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure services, with additional proficiency in AWS, AppStream, and DevOps tools. This role involves providing L1+ support to Delivery BAU teams, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and troubleshooting issues related to Citrix, VDI, and end-user environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1+ support to BAU teams on escalated infrastructure and cloud-related issues. Manage and troubleshoot issues within Azure and AWS environments, including AppStream. Support and maintain Azure VDI infrastructure; familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus. Assist remote users with Citrix-related issues and ensure smooth connectivity and access. Use Terraform and other DevOps tools for automation and infrastructure provisioning. Manage and support Windows Server OS, end-user devices, and associated system tools. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software issue resolution. Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure. Hands-on experience with AWS and AppStream. Proficiency in using Terraform and DevOps tools for automation and deployments. Solid troubleshooting skills with Citrix and remote desktop environments. Good understanding of Windows Server OS and end-user device management. Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution. Exposure to Microsoft Hyper-V is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Good to Have: Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Hands-on experience managing workloads across Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS. IT certifications in Azure/AWS/Windows (preferred but not mandatory).
