About Vanguard
More than 45 years ago, John C. Bogle had a vision to start an investment company that did things differently. A company with no external shareholders. Where all the profits were invested back into the business and used to lower costs. Evidently, it was as bold as it was brilliant. To this day, Vanguard Group still has no external shareholders. That means no share prices to protect, and no profits to generate for outside owners.
Today, Vanguard is one of the world’s largest investment management companies, serving more than 50 million investors worldwide. For more than 25 years Vanguard Australia has been supporting individual investors, financial advisers, and superannuation members to achieve their long-term financial goals.
Our Team & Opportunity
Vanguard Australia has established a specialist Adviser Offer team, within the intermediary distribution channel. The role of the team will be to support Vanguard Sales Executives to broaden the Vanguard value proposition to the adviser community. With its’ strong brand and reputation, and industry knowledge and insights Vanguard is looking to support advisers with access to specialist services to help become a valued business partner.
Vanguard believes in the value of advice and the intermediary industry. The implementation of the Adviser Offer team is testament of our desire to help the advice industry.
The Practice Development Manager (PDM) is a specialist role that will work across the intermediary distribution team with the objective of supporting advisers’ business needs. The PDM will assist advisers to develop business efficiency, structure their offer, engage with their clients and define and articulate their value proposition. It has never been harder to run a business in this current environment. The purpose of this role will be to provide business insights, industry best practice and business coaching to Vanguards most valued advice practices.
