The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate opening for a technically minded systems support analyst to support our new material requirements planning (MRP) system. This system will streamline our organization as it consolidates 9 legacy systems in favor of a single platform. Candidates will have the opportunity to practice a range of skills to include end user support, basic systems administration, data analysis, requirements gathering, testing, etc. As a technical support position, the candidate must possess a technical aptitude for the design, operation, and troubleshooting of backend systems integrations, problem solving, data analysis, etc.

Opportunities to learn and grow are endless as this MRP system is only one application in a much larger suite business systems our department maintains.

Responsibilities:

  • This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
  • Learn the functional and technical operations of our Infor-based MRP system.
  • Work with end users to address trouble tickets and perform troubleshooting of technical problems with using the application
  • Investigate and troubleshoot a range of potential technical issues include application connectivity, data integrations, printing, etc.
  • Establish relationships with system end-users and stakeholders to identify and consult on system problems and business needs.
  • Gather basic requirements for potential improvements to the system
  • Perform software testing functions
  • Perform basic data analysis to solve integration and other problems

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Experience and ability to work independently with customers to gather and document system issues, requirements, and functions
  • Technical troubleshooting acumen including a curiosity for learning how things work and solving problems
  • Interest in growing as part of a team and building new skills in a range of technologies
  • Ability to follow data through a series of systems and diagnose issues
  • Experience with the Agile methodology
  • Experience with Excel functions
  • Data analysis including the use of SQL queries

Desired: 

  • Prior experience with MRP, PLM, or general supply chain or procurement systems
  • Experience in requirements analysis of user interfaces, database table designs, and integrations
  • Experience with Web Services

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$47,100-$96,500
