Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to implement solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code development environments to extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage application releases and perform system upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Understanding of best practices for maintaining system stability and performance in a SaaS environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
