About the Role

Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users

工作职责：

1.    根据总部的要求对分公司的IT基础设施（网络、机房、电话系统等）进行日常运维，为业务增长提供稳定和可靠的IT环境
2.    参与或管理分公司IT类项目, 包括职场搬迁、新设SSC涉及的基础设施建设或分公司各职场的基础设施改造等；
3.    协助部门负责人有效管理分公司IT预算；
4.    负责IT固定资产维护管理,确保固定资产的准确和有效利用,确保IT资产与财务的资产列表一致(入账,报废,更新,盘点等)；
5.    协助部门负责人落实分公司属地监管的各项要求
6.    协助部门负责人落实总公司的信息安全管理制度
7.    负责分公司用户桌面端的日常支持
8.    负责分公司的供应商管理，确保其服务质量满足公司要求。
9.    完成主管安排的其它工作任务。
 

任职资格：

1.    计算机相关专业，大学本科及以上学历
2.    5年以上基础设施技术支持经验，覆盖网络管理，机房管理，资产管理，采购管理，终端用户支持等．
3.    持有PMP, ITIL Foundation证书者优先考虑
4.    具备良好的英语读写能力，具备较强的分析、解决问题的能力，具备良好的沟通技能。
