About the role
Lead end-to-end project delivery, driving initiatives that align with organisational priorities while ensuring strong governance, compliance and successful outcomes.
Coordinate all aspects of project execution including planning, scheduling, workshops and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on track and delivered on time.
Develop high-quality project documentation and executive-level reporting, including project plans, briefs, dashboards and presentations to support informed decision-making.
Monitor and manage project performance through governance frameworks, tracking risks, issues, dependencies and benefits, and providing clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to deliver service improvements, support change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
About you
Proven experience delivering projects or service improvement initiatives in complex environments (health, government or similar), with a strong understanding of governance, risk management and achieving outcomes.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality project documentation, executive briefs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong project management capability, able to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinicians, executives, subject matter experts and external partners.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks and trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
