• Salary: $87,813.00 - $116,824.00 + super + salary packaging

About the role

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, driving initiatives that align with organisational priorities while ensuring strong governance, compliance and successful outcomes.

• Coordinate all aspects of project execution including planning, scheduling, workshops and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on track and delivered on time.

• Develop high-quality project documentation and executive-level reporting, including project plans, briefs, dashboards and presentations to support informed decision-making.

• Monitor and manage project performance through governance frameworks, tracking risks, issues, dependencies and benefits, and providing clear recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Partner with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to deliver service improvements, support change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation and transition to business-as-usual.

About you

• Proven experience delivering projects or service improvement initiatives in complex environments (health, government or similar), with a strong understanding of governance, risk management and achieving outcomes.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality project documentation, executive briefs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Highly organised with strong project management capability, able to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinicians, executives, subject matter experts and external partners.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks and trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s hospital, Darlinghurst.
