- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews and quality assurance.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to management and relevant teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong experience in data modeling and report development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data visualization solutions that meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) with various data sources and platforms.
- Experience in optimizing performance and troubleshooting issues within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) environments.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
