About the team:
The Enterprise RFP Team at Worldpay manages Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for medium to large existing clients and prospective clients from all around the world. These merchants are a mixture of corporate and public sector companies. Working hand in hand with our Sales and Commercial teams and Solutions Consultants, the team manages circa $600 million worth of RFPs per year.
This position will be based in the UK, either London, Cambridge, or remote.
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will be a talented and experienced Proposals Writer or Bid Manager with a track record of successful bids for large enterprise clients/prospects.
Responsibilities will include working with members of Sales & Commercial teams, Solutions Consultants, Legal, and Pricing teams to develop RFP support, putting together winning responses.
You will be responsible for producing professionally written proposals that clearly articulate our Worldpay value proposition. The responses should follow our tone of voice, copy guidelines, and brand, while being clearly tailored for these prospective clients.
This is a collaborative role that requires an ability to work under pressure, flexibly and handling demanding deadlines.
