This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Scheduler to join St Vincent’s @ Home based at our office in Eltham.

Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist clients with a strong person-centred care focus, whilst working along with other departments within the care services.

Things that work for us:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role scheduling of staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate services
  • Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The ability to work in a face past high stress role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinator’s
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
  • Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable but not essential
  • Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincent’s Care Services
