About the Role

岗位名称:专员,营销员渠道业务推动

一、岗位职责

(1)客户经营与营销推动

  • 整体客户经营分析制定客户经营策略,客户经营预算及资源分配,客户委员会组织与支持
  • 线下客户经营活动策划,线上线下客户经营活动推动
  • 营销员竞赛方案策划,营销员竞赛执行推动,荣誉体系的搭建与推动
  • 孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发
  • 客户开拓策略/工具开发
  • 数字化平台(Navi)应用推广

(2)产服与绩优推动

  • MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动,强化高净值绩优推动等
  • 产服综合推动,并入大健康推动职责,承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ,开展机构产服综合推动,管理培育外勤产品大使
  • ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动

二、任职要求:

  • 教育背景:大学本科或以上学历(经济、金融或市场营销专业优先)
  • 相关经验:8年及以上相关经验(具有活动组织经验优先), 至少3年管理经验
  • 技能要求:
  • 具备扎实的市场与营销知识
  • 熟悉寿险及健康险产品
  • 有创新性思维
  • 良好的沟通与表达能力
  • 能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
  • 良好的解决问题与决断的能力
