JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

• Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, support succession planning, and drive employee development strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including crafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including providing guidance, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary procedures with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including the administration of government training grants and upskilling programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR practices and documentation.
• Lead or contribute to special HR projects and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

We are looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources is required. Background in employee relations or with HRBP role is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and current labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
• A proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
