• Lead gateway, cargo and ramp operations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Investigate and resolve operational disruptions, delays or service failures
• Ensure ramp, cargo and flight operations comply with safety standards
• Manage ground handling vendors to meet safety and efficiency requirements
• Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in airline/airport operations
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of flight operations, ground handling and cargo processes
• Familiarity with IATA, ICAO regulations and safety standards
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strategic planning and operational leadership
