Client Advocacy Manager

As a Client Advocacy Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, championing client success and satisfaction across Intapp’s solutions. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are represented internally and their experience with Intapp exceeds expectations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product Development, Sales, Training, and Implementation to resolve escalations, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. This position offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence client-centric initiatives.
What You'll Do
Champion Client Success: Act as the primary advocate for clients during escalated support situations, engaging across all business units and industries to ensure timely resolution and positive outcomes.
Onboarding & Transition: Lead client handovers from Implementation to Support, including reviewing support procedures, introducing resources, and coaching clients on leveraging the support portal and community.
Premium Client Engagement: Conduct quarterly success reviews for premium support clients, monitor satisfaction, and proactively manage open cases and escalations.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to monitor customer health, identify trends, and create actionable plans to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Leverage Technology: Use AI tools to prepare client summaries, manage escalation workflows, and streamline communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support, GTM, Training, Implementation) to address complex client challenges and advocate for client needs.
What You'll Need
