Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating activities, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, and facilitating communication across various teams to drive successful delivery of solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experience working with SAP modules integration and understanding of data migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
