We have an exciting opportunity for a manager to join our Indigenous Community Experience Squad at CommBank. Your responsibilities would include:

  • Supporting our early careers cohort-by sourcing and developing early career candidates into our business with a focus on our Tech and  Chief Operations Office careers programs.
  • Scouting and sourcing from universities, talking to candidates, working on external engagement opportunities, and helping our talent feel connected at CommBank, no two days will look the same as we work in an agile environment!

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to support all our Indigenous employees.
  • Provide consulting support to help shape strategies that enhance the overall development and growth of our Indigenous employees.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge and a demonstrated experience with Indigenous cultures, communities, and clear understanding of Indigenous affairs.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting and/or Diversity & Inclusion highly desirable
  • Experience in early career engagement and proven networks across  University and student networks cohorts and early careers space.
  • Strong time and program management skills, solid reporting skills, relationship development and management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with both delivering autonomously and collaborating with colleagues and partnering with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and priorities.
