What the Role Entails

Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is expanding its global talent ecosystem, and we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Training Operations Specialist to join our International Training & Certification Center. In this role, you will drive the localization and implementation of Tencent Cloud’s training and certification programs across international markets. From Southeast Asia to Europe and the Americas, you’ll work at the intersection of education, cloud technology, and global market development—empowering learners and growing Tencent Cloud’s brand globally.

Responsibilities

• Drive the localization and implementation of Tencent Cloud’s certification programs across Southeast Asia, Middle East, LATAM, North America, and Europe.

• Manage end-to-end certification operations, including content translation, exam adaptation, and delivery coordination.

• Identify and establish partnerships with training institutions, universities, and certification platforms globally.

• Support the execution of certification initiatives to increase user participation and completion rates.

• Collaborate with global marketing and regional business teams to organise certification-related promotional events such as webinars, workshops, and hackathons.

• Align certification efforts with Tencent Cloud’s go-to-market strategy by coordinating with product, sales, and ecosystem teams.

• Monitor regional certification data and user feedback to optimise operational strategies and improve learner experience.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3 years of experience in EdTech, cloud training, or international business operations.
• Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin (both written and spoken) for managing clear and professional communications across global teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and coordinate cross-functional efforts in multicultural settings.
• Comfortable using global digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) for community engagement and promotion, with hands-on experience with training/exam platforms or online learning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud certification programs (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a strong interest in cloud talent development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to improve program outcomes.
• Agile, resourceful, and proactive in driving initiatives from planning to execution.
