What You'll Contribute
Drive Strategic Growth: Own and execute FICO's channel strategy in Japan, building multi-million-dollar revenue streams through strategic partnerships
Lead Market Expansion: Establish and nurture C-suite relationships with Japan's Megabanks and leading financial institutions through our partner network
Build & Scale: Transform prospects into strategic partners, creating a thriving ecosystem that accelerates FICO's presence in the Japanese market
Shape Innovation: Collaborate with global product teams to localize solutions and create market-specific offerings that address unique Japanese market needs
Establish FICO as a trusted partner to Japan's top financial institutions
Build a robust partner network delivering consistent revenue growth
Create repeatable, scalable go-to-market strategies
Position FICO as a thought leader in Japanese financial services technology
What We’re Seeking
Proven track record as a senior sales leader in Japan's financial services sector
Deep executive relationships within Japanese Megabanks and financial institutions
Demonstrated success building and scaling channel partnerships from inception to revenue
Experience with complex, enterprise software sales in a channel environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with executive presence
Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
Cultural fluency in navigating Japanese business environment
Ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and external partners
