About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RA/QA Specialist to join our team in Madrid.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet regulatory standards, support continuous improvement, and contributing to the smooth operation of our regional compliance frameworks.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our collaborative RA/QA/PMS team, you will:

  • Execute daily Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities following established procedures.

  • Collect, organize, and maintain RA/QA intelligence across local, regional, and global levels.

  • Support the development and rollout of new systems and processes within the RAQA organization.

  • Assist in preparing metrics, reports, and documentation for audits, regulatory meetings, and management reviews.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help achieve team KPIs and objectives.

  • Communicate effectively across teams and regions, ensuring clarity and compliance in all RA/QA/PMS matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant scientific or technical field.

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in RA, QA, or a related area.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish or other EMEA languages a plus).

  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
