YOUR MISSION:

• Facilitate compliant purchasing activities for a global defense technology client.

• Act as the main point of contact for procurement-related inquiries, supporting client employees through phone, email, or live chat.

• Process and track purchase requisitions and orders in a timely manner and resolve issues.

• Advise client employees on the source-to-pay process, providing clear guidance on procurement strategies and policies.

• Validate compliance for suppliers, contracts, and requisitions, and manage the creation and maintenance of supplier records.

• Represent the client professionally when communicating and coordinating with suppliers, including supporting enablement activities.

• Identify and implement opportunities for improving procurement and contract processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Secondary education with school-leaving examination or Follow-up/Higher Professional Education.

• Up to 2 years of experience in project management, contract management, administrative or procurement roles is preferred.

• Advanced English and German (B2+).

• You enjoy interacting with people.

• Organizing your work and your time is a normal way of working for you.

• You do not leave any detail out and you crave figuring out solutions.

• You care about your team and work atmosphere.

Bonus points if you have:

• University degree.

• Advanced Slovak (B2+).

As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
