JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Tactical indirect procurement 
  1) Supporting major buying activities across all indirect parts and services.
  2) Import/Export: Screen import/export restriction base on K-REACH or Korean trade regulations. Take customs clearance role for indirect import material.
  3) Compliance commitment in line with Abbott Coperate Purchasing Policy.
  4) Enhangement of 3 way matching and rational of transactions. 
  5) Coupa platform maintenance: Link with SAP, Catalog management
  6) Coupa improvement projects with intermidiary level of English communication.
  7) Open PO, monthly closing and expense budgetary managment.
 
2. Cost saving/avoidance initiation
  1) Annual negotiation supporting for comsumable/service expenses.
  2) Process streamlining of indirect area.
  3) Cross linking the multi-functional requirement to delveop the indirect efficiency.
