About the Role

岗位职责：

• 根据总部培训体系、管理制度、关键KPI设计中支机构的培训体系、管理制度等；
• 拟定培训计划并组织实施，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核； 
• 培育当地内勤讲师及荣誉讲师，建立当地内勤讲师及荣誉讲师荣誉体系；
• 执行总部策略性项目，设计并执行分公司项目；
• 定期开展当地培训需求调研、培训绩效分析，实施标准化的培训管理。

岗位要求

• 大学本科毕业或以上学历，10年以上相关金融或保险行业工作经验；
• 有良好的业务推动和业务培训工作经验；
• 精通培训、演讲和沟通技巧；
• 主动，自我激励，面临压力成功解决问题。
