We are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist for the plant producing Liquid CO₂ in the Navoiy Region, Uzbekistan.

We help clients by supplying gases through pipelines, tankers, and gas cylinders made from raw materials produced by air separation plants.

The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of customer demand and the effective use of existing resources (product, drivers, equipment) to meet this demand.

Supply planning with particular attention to safety, efficiency, customer focus and the requirements of Air Products' quality assurance systems and existing internal Air Products procedures.

They focus on optimizing the use of existing resources and planned routes to ensure that critical metrics are achieved.

Specialists align with Health, Safety and Environment/ EHS principles while following all necessary environmental, health and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.

As a Supply Planning Specialist you will:
  • Meet customer demand using available resources. Utilize QUEST and LB Shell and their forecasting systems to determine customer demand and required deliveries. Ensure deliveries are made at the most efficient time (Target Refill) while improving resource utilization. Fulfill all customer requirements and adhere to customer constraints during deliveries.
  • Follow delivery planning procedures (e.g. Schedulers Task List). Build routes and MOBYs.
  • Align with regulations and internal AP procedures.
  • Communicate plans to the Carrier and make them available to the Customer Service Department to ensure accurate monitoring.
  • Adapt to working the designated times/shifts and being available on the phone when required to support the Customer Service Department or in emergency situations.
  • Plan efficient routes, i.e. improving resources used and meeting critical metrics for routes built.
  • Optimise tanker use: delivering full tanker capacity and boosting delivery volumes.
  • Increase efficiency by using indicators such as DIP/DER.
  • Monitor route performance vs. plan.
  • Perform tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems in force at Air Products.

As a Supply Planning Specialist, you already are or have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of dispatchering, planning, transport logistics.
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required (oral & written).
  • Good communication skills and able to adapt to communication in a multinational environment.
  • Good at building working relationships and teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal, analyzing and coordinating skills.
  • PC literacy and basic software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Methodical and rigorous, able to work on their own without reminders.
  • Proactive approach to work and your tasks.

Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums

- Work schedule: shift scheme 2 days on 2 days off, 12 hours per day
