Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Lead and deliver high-impact product demonstrations for strategic bank clients, showcasing how our solutions can address their unique needs in working capital management, receivables financing, and supply chain financing.

  • Working Capital Lead: Articulate the Kyriba Working Capital unique business value to a broad range of organizational and functional stakeholders.

  • Client Workshops & Whiteboarding: Facilitate discovery sessions, whiteboarding, and workshops to understand the business and technical requirements of prospective clients, ensuring the proposed solution aligns with their global operations and regulatory landscape.

  • Proof-of-Concept Development: Design and deliver customized proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of our solutions in client-specific scenarios, including working capital solutions and complex ERP integrations, with an emphasis on SAP integration capabilities.

  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company and its products at banking and financial services industry events such as conferences, seminars, and webinars, positioning our solutions as the answer to current and emerging industry challenges.

  • RFx Response Management: Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and Requests for Information, addressing both functional and technical requirements with a particular focus on integration with banking systems and ERP solutions like SAP.

  • Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with Product Management teams to understand and communicate client-specific needs and market trends, contributing to product enhancements and new feature development.

  • Market & Competitive Insights: Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings, ensuring that our solutions maintain a competitive edge in the banking and financial services space.

  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with prospects and internal stakeholders to build comprehensive business cases that justify the investment in our solutions, focusing on measurable ROI from working capital optimization and enhanced ERP integration.

  • Regulatory & Technical Expertise: Understand the regulatory environment affecting banking clients, especially related to financial transactions.

  • API and Integration Expertise: Provide architectural insights on how our solutions can integrate seamlessly with client systems, particularly focusing on ERP (SAP) integrations and API capabilities, while ensuring that these integrations align with banking security and data governance standards.

  • Tailored Communications & Solution Alignment: Prepare for client meetings by tailoring solutions and communications to address the specific business needs and technical challenges of potential banking clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building long-term relationships and helping them navigate the complexities of implementing new financial technologies within their global operations.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience in FinTech or banking space

  • Strong background in working capital management, including receivables financing, supply chain financing, and liquidity management for global banking clients.

  • Experience in ERP integrations, with a focus on SAP, and knowledge of the associated technical and business challenges.

  • Expertise in API architecture and integrations, with the ability to provide technical guidance on how our solutions can fit into complex banking and financial ecosystems.

  • Proven track record in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales roles, particularly in the banking or financial services sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment impacting the banking sector, including compliance and data governance.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, tailoring messages to their needs.

  • Ability to conduct high-level technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and workshops with senior client stakeholders.

  • Strong preference for a resource on the east coast.

Base compensation for this role is: $132,400.00 - $167,650.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
