The Opportunity:

CACI’s Digital Systems Line of Business is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) program. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for all program activities, providing strategic direction and overseeing delivery, execution, and program financials. You will have full responsibility and authority for all aspects of contract execution, leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of IT solutions supporting the U.S. Air Force’s Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Management system.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of over 120 direct labor and partner FTEs responsible for solution design, development and sustainment of the Oracle DEAMS solution
  • Work directly with client executives to ensure mission and delivery success through enterprise development consolidation while ensuring usability of existing systems
  • Manage all areas of the program, including resources, subcontractors, financials, schedule, risk and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the single corporate representative for overall contract performance and contribute to internal CACI monthly leadership meetings, forecast reviews and program management updates
  • Lead growth activities on the existing work and for adjacent work within the DoD space
  • Develop, mentor program leads and managers, positioning them for larger roles over time


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years related work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years’ program or team leadership experience on Oracle ERP solutions
  • Prior experience as a PM or Deputy PM managing programs, or a portfolio of programs, with annual revenue <$50 million
  • Prior delivery experience using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Federal or DoD customer
  • Experience managing Firm Fixed Price agile delivery 
  • Ability to drive contract performance and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Relevant SAFe certification
  • Active Public Trust clearance 


Desired:

  • Prior experience leading Oracle Financial Management Programs for DoD or Federal customers
  • Prior experience leading Agile delivery programs

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
