Inside the Role

The Support Manager serves as a critical partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Our People Team (OPT) leadership team. This role is responsible for driving execution of key HR initiatives, managing strategic and operational priorities, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.

This position requires a strong understanding of DTNA’s HR landscape, the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, and the capability to influence and lead work across functions and organizational levels.

Position offers a starting salary range of $128,000 - $164,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

1. Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Support the CPO in managing priorities across OPT and OpCom-related activities
  • Drive execution of key initiatives aligned to OPT strategy and business objectives
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and deliverables
  • Coordinate and track progress of cross-functional HR projects and initiatives

2. Communication & Executive Support

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications for senior leadership
  • Quickly synthesize complex topics into executive-ready messaging and materials
  • Support preparation for OpCom meetings, presentations, and high-priority discussions
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across OPT

3. Leadership & Influence

  • Lead or influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Act as a trusted advisor to OPT leaders and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels of the organization

4. HR Expertise & Business Insight

  • Apply deep knowledge of HR/OPT processes, priorities, and organizational dynamics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness and employee experience
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across HR programs and operations

5. Project & Process Management

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
  • Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

6. Stakeholder Management & Internal Network

  • Build and leverage a strong internal network across DTNA
  • Partner with HRBPs, functional leaders, and key stakeholders to advance initiatives
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across organizational boundaries

7. AI Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the exploration, adoption, and practical application of AI tools across OPT
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience through AI
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to pilot and scale AI-enabled solutions
  • Serve as a role model for integrating AI into day-to-day work, demonstrating practical use cases for leadership and teams
  • Drive a mindset of continuous improvement through automation, simplification, and digital enablement

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, preferably within DTNA or a comparable organization
  • Proven leadership experience (direct and/or indirect)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity and work output

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams
  • Strong understanding of DTNA organizational structure and business operations
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience applying AI tools in a business or HR context (e.g., content creation, analysis, workflow optimization)
  • Experience automating processes (e.g., workflow automation, process simplification, digital tools implementation)
