Core Responsibilities

In this position, you will play the role of Financial Planner, Book of Business Manager and Behavioral Coach

  • As Relationship Managers, Advisors are responsible to establish, build upon, and maintain trusting long-term relationships.

  • As Behavioral Coaches Advisors shape client behavior through proactive and reactive outreach, helping them stay focused on their goals.

What it takes:

  • Minimum of five+ years advisory experience in a client facing role
  • Extensive client service experience; managing an ongoing book of business
  • Client Relationship Management mastery
  • Be a positive, resilient change agent and be a collaborative peer and business partner
  • Exceptional investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
  • Shown ability to coach and mentor
  • Offer clients an educational/consultative approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly to technology and process changes


Qualifications

  • Five years experience in client relationship management or customer service preferred. Experience within Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • CFP required.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration FINRA 7, 63 or 66 (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) or ability to obtain the 63 or 66 upon starting position. These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
