Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for cross functional alignment for overall VC financials related business processes/organizational changes with SAP ERP system (template). Financials includes the area Controlling, Finance & Taxes, Customs & Foreign Trade.
  • Assures the documentation and sign-off of business processes and developments with area heads.
  • Responsible for relevant program time, scope and budget reporting to management board member within the financials workstream (Project Management from requirement until go live of solution).
  • Responsible for leadership of the Subject Matter Experts.
  • Responsible as template champion content (business blueprint & best practices).
  • Responsible for development of a migration plan from existing systems for all financial areas.
  • Accountable for master data integrity within the template.
  • Working closely with Business Change Manager on change management activities including organization of necessary trainings.
  • Coordination between all involved parties (business and project needs).

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 8 years business experience combined with SAP ERP knowledge.
  • 5 years experience in SAP ERP Project and Program Management.
  • Significant experience with SAP ERP Roll Outs (min. 3 full lifecycles).
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions.
  • Work experience as process manager or business line manager.
  • End-to-end process mindset.
  • Understanding challenges caused by major process change implementations.
  • Cross cultural leadership.
  • Extended project management knowledge.
