SME - Functional Analyst Sr Advisor

Our work depends on a Subject Matter Expert joining our team to support Army Training and Services growth opportunities. This position is focused on providing Army Training SME capabilities with expertise in simulation tools supporting Army Mission Training Complexes (MTCs). Recent experience supporting a Warrior Skills Training Facility, Games For Training and integrated Mission Command Systems to develop winning solutions is critical. When required write proposals to win new business and defend re-competes. Specific examples of the types of opportunities are the Mission Training Complex Capability Support (MTCCS) IDIQ, Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), Korea Battle Simulation Center.

As a Subject Matter Expert supporting Army Training and Services growth opportunities you will be required to work with numerous team members within our organization and provide your expert analysis and input both verbally and in writing.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

• Perform analytical tasks regarding assessments of current models and simulations; system and database maintenance; hardware and software configuration in support of operational use.
• Compile and analyze observations with customer generated feedback.
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues through interaction and communication with other team members.
• Integrate training systems to meet customer requirements
• Integrate new Army simulations to meet commanders training objectives
• Collaborate with team members during capture and solution working groups
• Support the technical Solution Architect in developing staffing and technical solutions
• Support Proposal Technical Writing as assigned
• Support Bottom-Up analysis in support of staffing and technical solutions
• Participate in Special Projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: Masters Degree in Information Systems or relevant
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in Army Training and Simulation

• Required Skills and Abilities: Work with numerous team members within our organization and provide expert analysis and input both verbally and in writing

• Security Clearance: Secret required to start

The likely salary range for this position is $23,800 - $32,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
