Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
