Job Summary

This position should be responsible for managing the quality performance of the plant's cutting, bending, and machining processes.

What the candidate will do:

  • Implementing quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products.
  • Leading the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets.
  • Addressing trends with internal and external non-conformance.
  • Managing multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met.
  • Reviewing reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Related Careers
  • Intermediate English Conversational

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Quality Management System (QMS):

  • Ability to Skilled in quality tools, data analysis, use of measuring instruments, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least one year in quality or similar positions.
  • Knowledges for Utilizes quality indicators relevant to own unit or function.
  • Ability to Use quality evaluation tools and techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections.
  • Knowledge of Works with quality assurance methods, tools and techniques.

Collaborating:

  • Ability for Investigate a broad range of problems, determines causes, and finds resolutions.
  • Ability to Develops corrective action based on RCCA results.

Problem Solving:

  • Knowledges for Evaluate past decisions for insights to improve decision-making process.
  • Ability to Assesses and validates decision options and points and predicts their potential impact.

Additional information:

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday with availability for rotating shifts.
  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, MX.
  • This position is on-site.
  • <10% of working time will be domestic & international travel.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
