Your New Role
The Supply Chain Analytics Specialist is responsible for analyzing end-to-end supply chain data to improve planning, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. This role combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing In Your New Role
Analyze supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, service levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to supply chain performance and support leadership decision-making.
Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Build scenario models to support supply chain planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, OTIF, and overall operational efficiency.
Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical methods and machine learning models.
Assist in the integration and optimization of ERP systems and new digital tools within supply chain data workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and sources.
Supply Chain leadership (planning, manufacturing, distribution, procurement).
Regional commercial teams, customer service, and business unit leaders.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of MRP, DRP, demand planning, and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
Familiarity with key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rate.
