The Dock, Accenture’s global R&D and innovation centre in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and versatile Creative Business Content Specialist. This unique hybrid role extends into both the business and creative worlds with the objective of building The Dock’s reputation within Accenture as the Innovation and R&D partner of choice for our client account teams. The successful candidate will bridge business strategy and creative multimedia development, joining a small and productive and team that develop content in a broad range of styles and formats.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Develop, script, shoot, and produce multimedia communications (video, motion graphics, presentations) conveying the impact of innovation work

• Develop, design and create campaigns to inform, align, and inspire Accenture stakeholders

• Deck, brochure and print design

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, and clients to gather insights and understand objectives

• Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify communication opportunities

Essential Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects essential

• Ability to be effective within complex business structures

• Proven experience in both business communications and creative content production

• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across diverse groups and communication styles

• Hands-on experience using professional videography equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, audio setups) and managing shoots

• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences (executives, technical teams, external partners)

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelors Degree in creative / multimedia discipline or professional experience equivalent

• Proven experience in a similar creative role in a business environment

• Portfolio showcasing multimedia content, stakeholder campaigns, and business impact storytelling
