The Strategic Finance team at Abnormal Security plays a critical role in shaping our marketing analytics strategy and ensuring the company’s long-term success.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Go-To-Market Operations team. This role will be responsible for owning the marketing technology stack, driving the integration of systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in building and delivering analytics reports, providing insights into top-of-funnel metrics, and evaluating the impact of marketing across all channels, including sales and partner channels.

What you will do 

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and deliver comprehensive analytics and reports in Sigma and Salesforce (SFDC), focusing on the measurement of marketing effectiveness across various touchpoints (top of funnel, multi-channel attribution, sales, and partner channels).
  • Develop and maintain revenue and performance dashboards to monitor marketing, sales, and partner channel activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Create custom reports to measure the impact of marketing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across the organization.
  • Establish metrics, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights on a weekly basis 

Multi-Touch Attribution:

  • Lead data orchestration of multi-touch attribution efforts to understand and analyze how marketing, sales, and partner touchpoints contribute to revenue generation through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner and Finance teams to refine attribution models and improve insights into the customer journey.

Internal Stakeholder Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable presentations on marketing performance and KPIs to internal teams, including executives.
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

OKR Reporting:

  • Support the tracking and reporting of internal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) related to marketing performance.
  • Ensure that key results are aligned with the overall Go-To-Market strategy and measure progress toward company-wide objectives.
  • Leverage analytics to inform unbiased strategies, serve as a thought partner for departmental leadership, and challenge the status quo of our operations 
  • Collaborate with departmental leads to drive progress on OKRs, goals, and programs  

Technology Stack Tools:

  • Leverage a variety of tools and platforms to analyze data and build reports, including Excel, Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, Business Intelligence (Sigma), Google Analytics, and Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified and more.
  • Collaborate with IT, Rev Ops, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations of accurate data flow.

Must Haves 

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics, with a focus on marketing performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Sigma, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Excel. Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Domo is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models and analyzing cross-channel marketing effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including data integration and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and presenting actionable insights based on data to cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a clear and accessible way.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional knowledge of the Sales and Marketing space (marketing funnels, revenue, retention)
  • A strong analytical mindset, a proven track record of high accuracy, and an ability to identify gaps (and their solutions)
  • Backgrounds in Biz Ops, SaaS, and Management Consulting
  • Spreadsheet guru with advanced modeling skills
